For us, responsibility does not end at the factory gate. As a family-owned business with roots in the Chiemgau region, we are committed to the people and the future of our region. We train young people, pass on knowledge and experience, and foster exchange between the skilled trades, business, and academia. In doing so, we strengthen not only the next generation but also the innovative capacity and sustainability of our region.
Our bees have also reminded us how valuable effective collaboration is: every single contribution counts when something lasting is to be created. This philosophy also shapes our daily work—in our interactions with people, materials, and the environment.
For us, therefore, sustainability is not an afterthought, but an integral part of every decision: in the projects we carry out, in the relationships we nurture, and in the responsibility we assume for future generations.
That is why we think long-term, work in a resource-efficient manner, and focus on solutions that stand the test of time.
Our photovoltaic system supplies our facility with energy we generate ourselves, making us self-sufficient in electricity. We’re also consistently advancing our mobility initiatives: By 2027, we’ll have fully transitioned our vehicle fleet to electric mobility.
In our manufacturing facility, we use materials and resources conscientiously. We plan precisely, avoid waste, and send any wood scraps that arise for thermal recycling. When selecting materials, we prioritize quality, durability, and—whenever possible—regional sourcing. Short supply chains, reliable partners, and close collaboration with specialized local businesses are a natural part of our approach.
