agrad chalet village ASCHAU
Winner of the 2026 German Design Award and featured in Callwey’s selection “The Most Beautiful Restaurants, Hotels & Bars 2026,” the AGRAD chalets embody architecture that blends sensitively into its surroundings. The result is a place that combines regional craftsmanship, natural materials, and the feel of a time-honored village to create a unique guest experience.

With its inclusion in the Callwey selection “The Most Beautiful Restaurants, Hotels & Bars 2026,” CUCA was recognized for its holistic concept. As a central gathering place within CampusRO, it combines dining, communication, and community to create a space that offers a high quality of experience.
Old Pittenhart Customs House
The Old Customs House was featured in the Callwey publication “The Most Beautiful Restaurants, Hotels & Bars 2024.” The project combines the centuries-old history of this historic building with a contemporary use, guiding the historic structure into the future with great care and design sensitivity.
WATER tOWER PIRACH
One of our passion projects was honored with third place in the international DOMIGIUS Architecture Award. The revitalized water tower exemplifies our commitment to preserving historic architecture, reinterpreting it, and making it accessible to future generations.
