Three Under 30: Responsibility Knows No Age
Major projects are the result of strong teams. At the Agrad chalet village in Aschau, three young women took on key roles in planning, design, and implementation — and impressively demonstrated that responsibility is not a matter of age.
Anne Amberger led construction project management and coordinated one of the largest projects of her career to date. Architect Corinna Heiß was responsible for the planning and implementation, ensuring that the architectural vision became a reality down to the last detail. Isabella Mandel was in charge of interior design, lending the chalets and suites their distinctive atmosphere.
Together with experienced colleagues, they worked on a project that placed the highest demands on design, organization, and collaboration. In the process, it became clear what brüderl. has been committed to for years: the combination of experience and fresh perspectives.

The stories of the three project managers show how early on talented individuals can take on responsibility when trust, support, and the right conditions are in place.
It is precisely this combination that defines the corporate culture at brüderl.—and helps ensure the successful implementation of extraordinary projects.
